Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LabelTrix website and the LabelTrix label design application, both provided by AxisSoft SA. By downloading, installing or using LabelTrix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

1. Licence

AxisSoft SA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use LabelTrix for creating, printing and managing labels. The licence covers the software as delivered; it does not transfer ownership of the software or of any part of it to you.

2. Permitted use

You may use LabelTrix for personal and commercial labelling work, including labels you produce for your own customers. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software itself, nor present it as your own product.

3. Restrictions

You may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the software except where that right cannot be restricted by applicable law, remove or alter any notices contained in it, or use it to produce labels that are unlawful, fraudulent or infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

LabelTrix, its source code, interface, templates and branding remain the property of AxisSoft SA and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Label designs you create with LabelTrix, and any content you supply, remain yours.

5. Your data

LabelTrix runs on your own machine and works with the data sources you connect to it. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you process, including any personal data, and for holding the rights needed to use it.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates, changes or new versions of LabelTrix, and may discontinue or modify features of the website at any time. We aim to keep downloads available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Warranty disclaimer

LabelTrix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet every requirement of your labelling workflow. Verify printed output before production use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AxisSoft SA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or the cost of materials wasted through misprinted labels, arising from the use of or inability to use LabelTrix.

9. Third-party software

LabelTrix may integrate with printers, databases and third-party applications. Those products are governed by their own terms and are outside our control and responsibility.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continuing to use LabelTrix after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of AxisSoft SA. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at that seat.
